Preparing for inspection

We are in the process of getting ready for the final inspection. All misses, deficiencies, overspray and problems will be dealt with. We will be reviewing the cleaning of the inside of gutters as there seems to be lots that were missed. Once I finish my final inspection and deficiencies, we will ask Strata and home owners for deficiencies.

Job Plan

We will be staring on building 5. The first order of business is to wash the whole building. After the building is washed, we start spot priming and painting. We will complete painting of the building before moving onto the next. We will start pressure washing the next building on rainy days. We will give at least 48 hours notice, if we are going to be washing your unit.

Start units 53-65 0n Monday

Wolfgang Commercial Painters will be pressure washing units 53-65 on Monday, July 11.  We expect the pressure washing to take 4 days for these units.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the pressure washing phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the centre of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls.

All Christmas lights and other items attached to the building must be removed to allow proper cleaning and painting.
